  • Reusable Event Templates: Standardize offerings with pricing, descriptions, capacity limits, scheduling rules, and required forms.
  • Event Scheduling & Crew Assignment: Schedule events on the calendar and assign crew to them by role (captain, guide, instructor).
  • Availability Schedule: Per-offering availability dial controlling which weekdays and sessions an offering auto-appears for, with request-only as the blank state.
  • Multi-Day Courses: Designate offerings as multi-session courses with a day-by-session schedule that divers book once and attend across every session.
  • Bundles & Vouchers: Sell prepaid bundles (e.g. "3 Night Dives — $X/person", "Tank Card 21 fills", "6-day unlimited tanks") as first-class products. Components are existing standalone-bookable event templates or equipment offerings with quantities; the bundle has a single per-person price and optional time-bounded validity for credit redemption.
  • Shared Departures: Several activities can sail on one boat, sharing its seats, its crew and its departure time.
  • Day-of Rearranging: Move an activity to another day, session, time or location, or split its divers across boats, without rebooking anyone.
  • Activity List Import: Import your activity templates from a CSV file — type, schedule, price, and capacity, with crew and availability seeded automatically.
